​Cale Fauver
Senior Pastor

Cale Fauver was made alive together with Christ in middle school at a Hume Lake Winter camp. Since then, he has been involved in youth and college ministry in Southern Illinois. Prior to being called to Southwest, Cale served as a lead pastor in Missouri in the Southern Baptist Convention. He is a graduate of Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with his Master of Divinity and MA in Theological Studies. He is married to his wife, Kelly, and they have four children. He enjoys reading, playing pickup basketball, and going on walks with his family.



Richard Laporte
Elder

Richard LaPorte has been married to his wife Marre for 42 years. They are charter members of Southwest Christian Church. They have 5 children and 9 grandchildren. He has been a Christian for about 30 years. He has been active in leading and teaching Bible studies and Sunday  School classes for many years. He is dedicated first to Christ and His great commission and second to his wife and family.



Randy Taylor
​Elder

Randy has been a part of Southwest Christian Church since its inception in 1993.  Randy has served as an Elder at SCC for many years.  He currently serves as a youth leader and Elder.  Randy currently works as a life coach for a vocational company that serves special needs adults in our community.  Randy has been married to his wife Audrey for more than 40 years.  They have 2 children and 6 grandchildren.  Randy has a heart to know the Lord deeper and to magnify His name through caring for others, and by sharing the truth in His Word - the Bible to all.  Randy has a huge heart for the needy in our community and has served in the community for many years.

Donna Branstetter
Children's Minister/office administrator

Donna has been the Children’s Minister at SCC since 2005.  She graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development. She has been married to her husband for 30 years and they have two adult sons.  When not working with children, Donna enjoys quilting, crafting, and reading.
