Welcome to Southwest
Our hope is that you would find your deepest joy and greatest satisfaction in God through the gospel of his Son, to the praise of his glory.
Service times
Sunday morning worship is at 9:00 am. Sunday school classes start at 11:00 am.
What happens in worship
Our Sunday morning gathering includes corporate singing and prayer, the reading and preaching of Scripture, and the ordinances of baptism and the Lord’s Supper. The gospel is the lens for all of it.
Children and youth
We believe that one of the best ways parents can disciple their children to love the Lord and the church is to worship with them. Children of any age are welcome in the service.
If you prefer, after the singing portion, children from six months through fifth grade may go to a Christ-centered, age-appropriate class. A soundproof room for nursing mothers is at the back of the sanctuary.
Sunday school | 11:00 am
After the service, join us for a time together with donuts, then a biblical, discussion-based class on topics such as the attributes of God, church history, evangelism, and other theological studies. Sunday school has options for adults, youth, and children.
What to wear
There is no dress code—please come as you are. Most people dress casually. The Lord looks at the heart more than our clothing.
A gift for you
If you are visiting for the first time, we have a free gift: What Is the Gospel? by Greg Gilbert and a New City Catechism for you and your family. At the back table you will also find booklets, ESV Bibles, and other free resources.
